Frequently asked questions
Can I try PostGrey for free?
Yes. Create an account and a workspace to generate two free posts without a card or subscription. Visitors can choose a voice and prepare a brief; generating requires sign-in.
Do I need to own a brand or be a founder?
No. Choose Individual voice for independent personal content, Brand voice for organization content, or Founder voice for first-person founder perspectives. Guides and founder profiles are optional.
What counts as a post?
Each requested draft variation counts as one post, including regenerations. Two variations use two posts. Paid allowances reset monthly, including annual subscriptions. Trial access is limited to twenty posts across seven days.
Can I combine audiences?
Yes. Select multiple audiences and add your own. Your brief and selected audiences are used together for each draft.
Is my workspace public?
No. Guides, profiles and saved drafts are accessible only to your workspace's authorized members. Your inputs are processed by the AI and hosting services required to generate and store drafts.
Where are my payment details stored?
Paddle handles card storage, recurring payment authorization and invoices. PostGrey stores subscription identifiers and status, not full card details. Manage payment methods and cancellation from Billing.
Does PostGrey publish automatically?
No. Review and copy your drafts, then publish through the social platform of your choice. AI drafts require fact-checking and permission checks.
