Terms of service
Draft policy for review before public launch. This document is not legal advice.
Who operates PostGrey
PostGrey is operated by LIAsteris Administrative Support and Consultancy Ltd ("LIAsteris", "we", "us"). By creating an account or continuing to use the service, you agree to these terms and contract with LIAsteris. You must be at least 18 or the age of legal majority in your location, and authorized to act for any organization you represent. Use the contact channel on liasteris.com for questions.
Your account and workspace
Keep your account credentials confidential; you are responsible for activity under your account. Provide accurate information and keep it updated. Only upload material you have permission to use. Workspace owners control invitations; members can access that workspace's guides, profiles and drafts. Do not upload secrets or unnecessary sensitive personal data.
Acceptable use
You must not misuse the service. This includes unlawful use, fraud, spam, impersonation, harassment, intellectual property infringement, generating illegal or deceptive content, introducing malware, probing or scraping the service, interfering with its security, or attempting to bypass usage limits. We may remove or restrict content, refuse or filter outputs, and suspend accounts that violate these rules.
AI drafts and your responsibilities
You retain rights to your input and, to the extent permitted by law, generated drafts. You are responsible for your prompts, how you use outputs, verifying their accuracy, and having rights to the content you submit. Outputs may be inaccurate, non-unique or unsuitable, and are not a substitute for professional legal, financial, medical or compliance advice. Review factual claims, permissions, intellectual property and platform rules before publishing. We do not promise engagement, sales or other results. Rights holders may contact us through liasteris.com about infringing content; repeated infringement may lead to suspension.
Our intellectual property
LIAsteris retains ownership of the service and its intellectual property, including software, documentation and branding. We grant you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable right to use the service within your selected plan. You may not reverse engineer, resell, redistribute or circumvent technical limits of the service.
Subscriptions and renewals
Two free posts are available per account without a subscription. Starter is USD 15 monthly or 150 yearly with 60 posts per month; Pro is USD 35 monthly or 350 yearly with 250; Team is USD 89 monthly or 890 yearly with 1000 shared posts. Each generated variation and regeneration counts. Allowances do not roll over. Annual subscriptions receive a fresh monthly allowance, not the whole year's posts at once. Paid plans start with a seven-day trial capped at twenty posts; a payment method is required. Unless canceled before the trial ends, the selected plan renews automatically at the displayed price. Taxes and final charges are shown at checkout.
Payments and Paddle
Our order process is conducted by our online reseller Paddle.com. Paddle.com is the Merchant of Record for all our orders. Paddle provides all customer service inquiries and handles returns. Payment processing, billing, card storage, tax and invoicing are handled by Paddle under Paddle's Buyer Terms (https://www.paddle.com/legal/checkout-buyer-terms), which govern payment, billing, tax, cancellation and refund mechanics.
Cancellation and changes
Cancel using Billing before your next renewal. Paid access continues through the paid period. Upgrades take effect immediately with a prorated charge after your confirmation; downgrades take effect at the next renewal. A failed payment requires updating your card; access continues during payment retries and may end if payment ultimately fails.
Suspension and termination
We may suspend or terminate access for material breach of these terms, non-payment, security or fraud risk, or repeated or serious policy violations. When access ends, your saved drafts and profiles may be deleted after a reasonable export window; contact us through liasteris.com if you need an export.
Availability and liability
We aim to maintain a dependable service but cannot guarantee uninterrupted availability or error-free outputs. To the fullest extent permitted by law, we disclaim implied warranties and exclude liability for indirect, consequential or special damages, including loss of profits, data or goodwill, and for unchecked AI outputs. Mandatory consumer rights are not excluded, and nothing limits liability for fraud, death or personal injury where the law requires. Governing law, company registration details, a support address and any enforceable liability cap require legal review before launch.
