Refunds and cancellations

Before the first charge

The card-required trial lasts seven days with up to twenty posts. Cancel before the trial ends to avoid the first charge. You may instead use your two free account posts without supplying a card.

Cancel a subscription

Open Billing and choose Manage payments or cancel. Cancellation prevents the next renewal; it does not automatically refund the current period. Access remains through the paid period. Please retain your cancellation confirmation.
